Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Butcher, located in Bliss,, ID. The Butcher will be responsible for preparing and processing meat, poultry, and seafood products to meet customer specifications and requirements. Day-to-day tasks include cutting, trimming, deboning, and packaging various types of meat. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, and providing excellent customer service to assist customers with their selections and questions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Butchery, including cutting, trimming, and deboning skills. experience is preferred not required
Ability to work with a team in a close proximity
Strong Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and commitment to health and safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina and strength to handle meat processing tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
