Mage and vigate complex organizations, handle multiple stakeholders, and make the customer extremely happy Plan ahead and see around corners to ensure a smooth deployment with blockers mitigated and that key metrics are reached Conduct extensive process mining with customers, breaking down complex ambiguous processes into precise, actioble steps Work directly with customers to iterate on implementations and drive adoption Scale deployments from initial pilot to full production volume and beyond Define and document best practices that will shape how we deploy to future customers Leverage your technical background to help build robust automations using our product 3 - 8 years of experience maging large enterprise contracts ($7-8 figure deals) or in a client-facing role, such as consulting, sales, or account magement
