Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage local marketing campaigns (social media, email, print, etc.).
• Reach out to leads via phone, email, and text to schedule in-home or virtual appointments.
• Track performance and optimize outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads and smooth handoffs.
• Keep our CRM and marketing tools updated with accurate data.

What You Bring:

• Experience in marketing or appointment setting (bonus if in home services or construction).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organization.
• Familiarity with CRMs, lead-gen platforms, and digital marketing basics.
