Job Description

Our client, a global fashion brand, is looking to hire a Director of 3PL Operations full time to join the team onsite in Statesville.

Job Duties Include:

• Serve as the primary representative of the Operations team for order fulfillment activities, ensuring on-time delivery to customers and key accounts
• Oversee and manage all aspects of inbound, receiving, put-away, and outbound operations for Canada 3PL partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs
• Collaborate with internal departments to align operational plans with organizational objectives
• Design, manage, and execute 3PL operational strategies in partnership with key stakeholders and leadership
• Develop and maintain performance KPIs and dashboards to support monthly and quarterly business reviews with vendors
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance freight flow and operational efficiency
• Lead labor and cost management efforts, including overtime and budget tracking
• Maintain effective communication to support the smooth flow of information across internal teams and external partners
• Lead and support RFP processes for logistics vendors and services

Job Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and working with 3PL partners
• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics and 4-wall warehouse operations
• Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent organizational skills, with experience in planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and large groups.
• Highly collaborative with the ability to work across functions, external providers, and remote teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary: $130k - $145k annually
